Who are we?<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Teknik Kola was founded in 1988 by Ramazan Alper. He laid the foundations of today's T\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fco\u011flu Farm (Anadolu Mah.), which was the center of textile at that time, providing warping and sizing services.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div> \n\t

In 1995, 18 Wamatex weaving machines, 2 sectional sizing machines of our own project, fixed padded warping machines, and a team of 30 people were operating on an area of 1300 m2 in Bursa K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Bal\u0131kl\u0131 Neighborhood.<\/h5>\n
2021 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle Bursa Demirta\u015f Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesindeki ha\u015f\u0131l tesisimiz, 4 adet seri \u00e7\u00f6zg\u00fc, 8 adet ha\u015f\u0131l makinas\u0131, 10 bin metre karede 85 personel ile hizmet vermektedir.<\/h5>\n

The prepared beams are combined with the transfer process to reach the required number of warps in weaving. Sizing Machine<\/h4><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSizing is a viscous liquid with adhesive characteristics in various and suitable chemical compositions prepared to increase the durability of the warp yarns to be used in weaving and to prevent static electricity. This is the formation of an invisible layer, lubricating and strengthening the warp yarns by passing them through the sizing agent to protect the warp yarns from the abrasive forces that may occur during weaving. The sizing process helps to preserve the chemical properties of the yarns. It adheres the fibers on the surface of the warp yarns to the yarn body.
